Finding help, guidance, and support for addiction and mental health conditions begins with a free and confidential conversation with one of our treatment specialists.

This initial conversation will serve as a crucial step in identifying the best course of action. It could be that a more detailed assessment of substance use or mental health conditions is required. If so, we will arrange the necessary assessment with a clinician from Woburn Addiction Treatment or make a referral to other treatment services or mental health care in your area.

Our pre-admission substance use and/or mental health assessment is designed to gather detailed information about your current symptoms, mental state, addiction history (i.e., substance use patterns, drug of choice), physical limitations, and any pre-existing medical conditions to assist you in determining whether inpatient or outpatient treatment is the right fit for you, and which specific services are appropriate for your clinical requirements.

With your written content, we may want to connect with other healthcare professionals with whom you have previously collaborated to better understand your needs. This likewise applies to family members who can offer insights into your situation. We will not initiate communication with anyone you have not expressly permitted us to speak with.

If treatment is recommended, we will request your insurance details to assess the extent of your coverage and give you a complete understanding of how your benefits apply and the financial aspects of care. Our recovery experts have years of experience in working with all insurance plans and companies and are dedicated to helping individuals navigate and maximize their coverage to reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

Woburn Addiction Treatment is an in-network provider with most insurance companies, with the exception of Medicare/Medicaid. This means we accept most insurance plans. We also offer various payment plans and financing options to make treatment more accessible. If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to explore your options and determine the best funding plan for you.

If it’s concluded that treatment would be beneficial for you, your intake specialist at Woburn Addiction Treatment will collaborate with you to arrange an admission date and facilitate the logistics of helping you attend. Your intake specialist will remain in contact with you until you arrive at our treatment center.

Upon arrival, your intake specialist will meet with you to cover the required paperwork and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Once the paperwork is completed, we will give you a tour of the facility, and over the next few days, our team of licensed medical professionals and treatment specialists will work with you to outline the details of your individualized care plan and program schedule.
